Ingredients

200 gms potatoes
salt to taste
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp tamarind (imli) water
2 tsp oil
1 pinch of asafoetida (hing)
grapes for decoration
coriander (dhania) leaves for decoration
some masala peanuts
some chopped onions
4 bread
Method


  1. First boil potato & peel & smash then add salt, chilli powder, garam masal, hing, imli water, & sugar & mix. then take one kadai and take oil then put potato in kadai the add some water & cook for 10 min. then take bread and feel with potato & peanuts & onion
  2. And hot in tawa.
