Recipe Description for Honey Chilli Potatoes
- To make {span class="bold1"}honey chilli potatoes recipe{/span}, heat enough water in a deep pan, add salt, vinegar and mix well.
- Bring it to a boil then add the potato fingers, par-boil them on a medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes and spread them on tray to cool.
- Heat oil in a deep pan, dip and coat the par boiled potatoes well in the batter.
- Deep fry them on a medium flame until light golden brown and crispy.
- Drain them on an absorbent paper and keep aside.
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in an iron wok or deep pan, add the ginger, garlic, green chillies and spring onion whites and greens.
- Sauté on a high flame for a minute. Add the onions, capsicum and sauté for a minute.
- Add the sauce mixture and cook on a high flame for 2 minutes, while stirring continuously.
- Add the fried potato fingers, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and cook on a high flame for 2 minutes.
- Add honey, spring onion greens and mix well.
