For Garlic Herb Butter
1 cup soft butter
2 tbsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)
1/2 tsp finely chopped green chillies
1/2 tsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika)
1 tsp dried mixed herbs
freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) to taste
2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)

Method

For garlic herb butter

To make {span class="bold1"}garlic herb butter{/span}, combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well.
Transfer the flavoured butter onto a cling wrap and roll it tightly towards the other end to form a cylindrical roll.
Twist both the ends of the roll and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
