1/2 cup garlic (lehsun) cloves , peeled
3 tbsp chilli powder
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
salt to taste

  1. Combine all the ingredients and blend in a mixer to a smooth paste, using very little water (approx 2 tbsp).
  2. Serve immediately or store refrigerated in an air-tight container.
