Ingredients

3 big sized potatoes
3 big sized tomatoes
1 tbsp chopped spring onions
a pinch of dried oregano
salt to taste
1 capsicum
1 tbsp chilli powder
cheese spread
oil
Method

Potato fries:

    Potato fries:
  1. Firstly cut the potatoes in long thin sticks.
  2. Chop tomatoes and capsium in small pieces.
  3. Then heat the oil in a pan then deep fry potatoes.
  4. Till its golden brown.thn strain properly and keep in a bowl.

For salsa:

    For salsa:
  1. On other side keep another pan heat it and pour a1 tbsp of oil then add tomatoes and capsium let it be for 2 minutes
  2. Then add oregano,salt and chill powder to that cook for 1 minute.
  3. Then pour salsa on top or fries and pour cheese sauce.
  4. Then decorate with finely chopped spring onions.
  5. Serve hot.
