For dora cake- To make dora cake, in a deep bowl, add milk, vinegar and whisk well.
- Add melted butter, powdered sugar and vanilla extract and whisk well.
- Add the plain flour, baking powder and baking soda and whisk it gently.
- Heat a non-stick pan, grease with little butter and wipe it off with a kitchen roll or a muslin cloth.
- Pour a ladle full of pancake batter to make 100 mm. (4”) diameter round pancake.
- Cook on slow flame for a minute until the blisters appear on pancake.
- Flip the side and cook for another 1 minute. Remove on a serving plate.
- Similarly, repeat steps 4 to 7 to make remaining pancakes.
- Place a pancake upside down on a clean, dry surface. Apply 1 tbsp of chocolate spread and spread evenly over it.
- Cover with another pancake and seal the edges. Serve the dora cake immediately.
