Thandai and srikhand two traditional food coming together to give a divine dessert.
For thandai paste- Combine all the ingredients, mix well and keep aside till the nuts turn soft.
- Blend in a mixer till smooth. Keep aside.
For the srikhand- Combine the curds add sugar in a bowl and mix well.
How to proceed- Add the thandai paste to the shrikhand and mix well.
- Serve chilled garnished with pistachios.
