This recipe turned out really well. The aroma and the flavour is just amazing. I make this once and then it stays for months. I dont have to worry any more to buy it from outside. All my family members also loved its flavour in the tea.

Pls tell me 1/4 cup n 1/8 cup how many grams n also tell dat those masala like cinnamon cloves black caradamom these all ingredients in first step we grind it or nt n pls Tel me d roast process

Tarla Dalal    Hi Dixit, 1/4 cup is approx 50 grams and 1/8 cup is approx. 25 grams. All the ingredients in the first step are roasted and cooled. Then add mace, nutmeg and ginger powder to it and blend in a mixer to a fine powder. Do try this recipe and share your review with us.
