madam, shall we add a pinch of desi ghee at the time of roasting. ginger powder is readily available because in Gwalior not available...

Tarla Dalal Hi Sachin, no need to ad ghee while roasting.. as it will not taste good.. when added in tea. ginger powder is readily available in supermarkets.. if not you can get the soonth.. and grind it to powder.. and use as required..

Tarla Dalal Hi Pushpa, It will be difficult to roast the masalas now. Roasting is done to enhance the flavours. If you yet wish make the tea using this masala and see the taste.
