Coconut surprise is a refreshing summertime drink. The classic coconut flavoured sweet coconut drink can be enjoyed chilled as a cooling drink or added to any alcoholic beverage to prepare a tasty cocoktail.

Method


  1. Remove water from coconuts.
  2. Break open and scrape the tender malai.
  3. Add sugar and essence.
  4. Chill the mixture well.
  5. Run the mixture in a mixie.
  6. Serve while frothy in glasses.
  7. Note: if coconut water is not sweet add some more sugar.
