Ingredients
For Cheese Fingers
6 white bread slices
6 tsp butter
1/4 tsp french style mustard (rai / sarson) powder
1/4 tsp chilli powder
6 tbsp grated processed cheese
Method
- To make cheese fingers, arrange 6 bread slices on a baking tray and bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°c ( 360°f) for 12 to 15 minutes.
- Turnover the toasted bread slices, apply 1 tsp on each bread slice.
- Sprinkle little mustard powder and chilli powder evenly over it.
- Finally sprinkle 1 tbsp grated cheese evenly over each slice.
- Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°c ( 360°f) for 3 minutes or till the cheese melts.
- Cut the into fingers and serve hot.
