Ingredients
For Biscuit Cake In Pan
3 packets oreo biscuit
2 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup beaten whipped cream
6 oreo biscuit for topping
2 tbsp chocolate chips
Method
For biscuit cake in pan
- To make biscuit cake in a pan, crush the oreo biscuit and blend it into a smooth powder.
- Transfer the powder into a big bowl, add powdered sugar, baking powder and milk.
- Whisk well to form a lump free batter.
- Transfer the batter into a butter paper lined pan.
- Cover and let the cake cook on the slow flame for 12-15 minutes or until the toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Remove and cool the cake slightly. Demould the cake and remove the butter paper.
- Arrange the chocolate chips in the centre of the cake.
- Put the whipped cream in a star nozzle fitted piping bag.
- Pipe out the design of your choice on the circumference of the cake and place the oreo cookies between each icing.
- Cut and serve the biscuit cake in pan.
