For Baked Rasgulla

1 1/2 cups grated mawa (khoya)
1/4 cup condensed milk
2 tbsp fresh cream
a pinch of cardamom (elaichi) powder

Method
For baked rasgulla
- To make baked rasgulla recipe, squeeze the excess sugar syrup from the rasgullas and place them in a baking tray.
- Heat a non-stick pan, add mawa and cook on medium flame for 2 minutes, while stirring continuously.
- Add condensed milk, fresh cream and cardamom powder and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Pour the mawa mixture over the arranged rasgullas and bake them in a pre-heated oven at 200° c (400° f) for 10 minutes on middle rack.
- Garnish with pistachio slivers and serve the baked rasgullas warm.

When do we use cream,as it is not mentioned anywhere in the recipe,but it is shown in the list of ingredients picture. It becomes confusing.
