    1. What is  uncooked salsa made off ? Indian style Mexican salsa is made from easily available ingredients in Indian kitchens like 1 cup deseeded and finely chopped tomatoes, 1/2 cup finely chopped onions, 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania), 1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) powder, 1 tsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika) and salt to taste.

    1. Cut the centre out of the tomatoes by peeling the skin off. The centre comtains most of the seeds.
    2. Then finely chop the tomatoes.

    1. In a deep glass bowl put 1 cup deseeded and finely chopped tomatoes.
    2. Add 1/2 cup finely chopped onions.
    3. Add 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania).
    4. Add 1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) powder.
    5. Add 1 tsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika).
    6. Add salt to taste.

When I do not have much time on hand to make a salsa, I often make this quick version, It is not only easy, quick but also great in taste. So advice you all to make it and serve with nacho chips or any other Mexican delicacy.
