  1. Put the egg-whites in a deep bowl, and beat it using an electric beater on a medium speed for 1 minute.
  2. Add the icing sugar gradually to the egg-whites and keep beating with an electric beater on a medium speed for 3 minutes.
  3. Use as required.

Hi, I have a query. After using the icing on the cake, can I freeze the cake and use it later? Still will it be hard?

Royal icing, easy and quick recipe using egg whites.. i was looking for this recipe for a long time.. As it is christmas time.. i used to decorate my gingerbread house and cookies for the kids party in my house.. Thank you for the recipe..
