Ingredients

1 tbsp finely grated orange rind
1 tsp orange juice
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 cup icing sugar
a few drops orange colour
a few drops orange essence

Method

Sieve the icing sugar in a deep bowl and keep aside.
Place the butter in a deep bowl and mix it with a help of a wooden spoon till it is light and smooth.
Add the sieved icing sugar gradually and mix well.
Add the orange rind, orange juice, orange colour and orange essence and mix well.
Use as required.
