Method

  1. Sieve the icing sugar in a deep bowl and keep aside.
  2. Place the butter in a deep bowl and mix it with a help of a wooden spoon till it is light and smooth.
  3. Add the sieved icing sugar gradually and mix well.
  4. Add the orange rind, orange juice, orange colour and orange essence and mix well.
  5. Use as required.

zesty orange flavored butter icing. This goes very well on chocolate sponge cake. I loved the natural flavor. This also loved by kids.
