Method
  1. Combine the purple mogri, curds, coriander, cumin seeds powder, black salt, chilli powder, mustard powder and salt in a deep bowl and mix well. Keep aside.
  2. Heat the oil in a small non-stick pan, add the mustard seeds and asafoetida and sauté on a medium flame for 30 seconds.
  3. Pour the tempering over the raita and mix well.
  4. Refrigerate for atleast 1 hour and serve chilled.
