For minty cucumber cooler- To make minty cucumber cooler, combine the cucumber along with ½ cup of water in a deep pan and cook on a medium flame till it turns soft (approx. 4 to 5 minutes). Keep aside to cool.
- Once cooled, combine the cucumber (with the remaining water) and mint leaves in a mixer and blend till smooth.
- Transfer the mixture in a deep bowl, add the curds and salt, mix well and keep aside.
- Place some crushed ice in 4 individual glasses and pour equal quantities of the juice over it. Serve the minty cucumber cooler immediately garnished with cucumber.

To make Minty Cucumber Cooler, take 2-3 medium sized cucumber. Cucumbers are high in nutrients and also aid in weight loss.

Peel the cucumbers.
