Lemon and mint drink, although very simple and easy-to-make, this mocktail is not to be underestimated in terms of its taste and popularity! this all-time favourite can be whipped up in a jiffy. The real charm of this drink lies in the bitter aftertaste that is due to the muddling of fresh lemons along with other ingredients. Glass used: rock glass
Method- Combine 2 tbsp of mint leaves, 1 tbsp lemon, 1 tbsp lemon juice and 1 tbsp sugar syrup in a rock glass.
- Muddle (lightly crush) the ingredients together, using a muddler.
- Repeat steps 1 and 2 for 3 more glasses.
- In each rock glass, place ¼ cup of crushed ice and top it with ½ bottle of chilled carbonated drink. Serve immediately.
