Method for spinach, avocado smoothie with banana- To make spinach, avocado smoothie with banana soak 2 tsp falooda seeds in 2 tablespoons water for 10 minutes.
- In a mixer put spinach, basil, coconut milk, avocado, bananas, chia seeds and lemon juice.
- Add 1 cup of water and 20 ice-cubes.
- Blend till smooth.
- Pour equal quantities of the smoothie into 3 individual glasses and top it with soaked falooda seeds in each glass.
- Serve spinach, avocado smoothie with banana immediately.
