Herb Paneer with Papadis

Tastes great when fresh home-made paneer is used. You can serve the herb paneeri on toasted bread or baked papdi to make a quick snack.
Main procedure- In an microwave safe bowl combine the oil, onions, ginger, garlic together and mix well. Microwave on high for 4 minutes.
- Add the capsicum, green chillies, turmeric powder and black salt and microwave on high for 2 minutes.
- Add the paneer, coriander, mint, lemon juice and salt and mix well.
- Serve the herb paneer topped on baked papdis or toasted bread slices, garnished with chopped coriander.
