Method

  1. Combine the garlic and sprouted moong with 3 cups of water in a pressure cooker, mix well and pressure cook for 2 whistles.
  2. Allow the steam to escape before opening the lid.
  3. Blend the garlic-sprouted moong mixture to a coarse mixture using a hand blender.
  4. Transfer the garlic- sprouted moong mixture into a deep non-stick pan, add the spinach, salt and 1 cup of water, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 5 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  5. Serve hot.
