This is a nice healthy bar of dates and mixed nuts flavored with condensed milk and coated with icing sugar. My elder daughter loved it and i can keep eating it. Much healthier than other bars and its home made and fresh.

crunchy nuts with natural sweet of the dates, makes the it very healthy, and good option for growing kids. I make this often and store it in fridge.

The ingredients list and method do not mention nuts. Is the condensed milk from a tin?
