Once you try this Choco Shake, you will never want to have another glass of any run-of-the-mill shake made with cocoa powder! Boiling the milk is the first master stroke in this recipe, as it gives a rich aroma to the shake. As you let the dark chocolate melt in it, the aroma intensifies further, and once you have added the right amount of sugar, the flavour is perfect too. You will want to slurp it up right away, but remember it tastes best when refrigerated, so do be patient for an hour longer – to experience the true magic of chocolate! A perfect After School Treats for kids to sip along with Baked Bread Rolls and keep hunger pangs at bay till dinner time.
Method- Boil ½ cup of milk in a broad non-stick pan, add the dark chocolate and mix well.
- Transfer the mixture into a mixer, along with all the remaining ingredients and blend till smooth.
- Trasnfer the shake into a deep bowl, refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Pour equal quantities of the shake into 3 individual glasses and serve chilled.
