Banana Sambhariyu is a typical Gujarati preparation of bananas cooked with a special freshly-made masala that combines coconut with green chillies, ginger and spice powders.
It has a fresh aroma that is sure to kindle your appetite, and once you taste the food, the special sweet and spicy flavour of this dish is sure to make you lick your fingers contentedly.
To get the authentic taste of this dish you need bananas that are neither raw nor too ripe – it should be just right. Looking for more recipes with bananas?
