Ingredients
Method


  1. Heat butter in pan.add grated garlic.
  2. Saute it a for a min.add spring onions,parboiled carrot nd peas.
  3. Cook for 2 mins.add chilli powder,garam masala and salt.
  4. Let it cook for a while.add mashed potatoes.
  5. Mix it well.squeeze some lemon juice nd add cornflour for binding.
  6. Let the mixture cool, give it a shape of cutlet nd roll it over some corn flour and
  7. For the tomato sauce
  8. Heat butter in a pan.pour the tomato puree.
  9. Add the chilli and garam masala powder and salt.let it boil.
  10. The sauce is ready.

  1. Serve the cutlets with the tomato sauce and some chopped onions nd corianders and some grated cheese.
