Ingredients

4 large sized potatoes, boiled
1 cup green peas
2 tbsp rice flour (chawal ka atta)
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp ginger-green chilli paste
1/2 tsp sugar
salt to taste
oil for greasing
Method
    Main Procedure
  1. Grind the peas in a mixer to a coarse paste and keep aside.
  2. Peel and mash the potatoes, add the peas, rice flour, lemon juice, green chilli-ginger paste, sugar and salt and mix well.
  3. Grease a 150 mm. x 150 mm. (6" x 6") baking tray with a little oil.
  4. Press the mixture into the baking tray to form an even layer and bake in a pre-heated oven at 200ºC (400ºF) for 20 to 25 minutes till crisp.
  5. Cut into squares and serve hot.

Can we make it like normal rotis on a pan??
