Tulsi ka Kadha, a herbal tea with the goodness of tulsi, lemongrass, ginger and gur works wonders with common cold and cough. This kadha is soothing and helps relieve congestion. A perfect home remedy in a cup for common cold and cough. You can sip on this kadha multiple times in a day, just store it and heat it before you want to drink it.
Method- Wash the tulsi, lemongrass and ginger.
- Boil water in a deep pan , add tulsi, lemongrass and ginger and boil for 3-4 minutes.
- Add gur, mix well and turn off the gas.
- Let it stand for 1 minute.
- Strain and serve hot
