A healthy salad or dry vegetable recipe with broccoli stirred lightly with pickle masala, besan and red chilli powder, Tangy broccoli is quick to prepare and brings the healthy greens on your plate with a delicious tangy taste.
- In a heavy coated non stick pan heat oil. when hot add hing jeera.wash the broccoli thoroughly in ice cold water to retain color & freshness. add the broccoli to the pan with a little salt. when it is coated well with the oil sprinkle besan & all the powdered spices on top. add a few drops of oil & the water. cover the pan until besan is cooked.
