A quick and simple snack made with a combination of potatoes and sweet potatoes.
Method- Heat the ghee in a broad pan, add the cumin seeds and when the seeds crackle, add the green chillies.
- Add the grated potatoes, cover and cook for a few minutes.
- Cook for 4 to 5 minutes, without letting the potatoes go mushy.
- Serve immediately.
