  1. Take a deep pan and put water in it,when water becomes hot add sugar and stir continuously till sugar melts.
  2. Then cook for 5 minutes on medium heat. Keep aside.
  3. After sometime when it becomes warm add sweet lime juice and sodium benzoate and mix well.
  4. You can avoid preservative and keep in the refrigerator for 6 to 8 weeks.

Hi mam I have no sodium benzoate how to store squash for long time?

Tarla Dalal    Hi, then it would be difficult to store for a longer time. Make it small quantity and use it within 2 weeks. keep it refrigerated.
