Ingredients
2 slices date and walnut bread , readily available
2 tsp white butter
1/4 cup grated cow cheese
1/4 cup sliced cucumber
salt and freshly ground black pepper powder to taste

For The Garnish
 finely chopped parboiled carrot

To Serve
fresh sweetlime juice
Method
    Method
  1. Place bread slice on a clean dry surface and apply white butter evenly on it.
  2. Place the cucumber slices and sprinkle salt and pepper.
  3. Sprinkle some cheese and spread evenly.
  4. Garnish with carrots and serve immediately with a glass of juice.
