Sugar snap pea vegetable recipe - How to make Sugar snap pea vegetable
Cooking Time: Total Time:    
Sugar snap peas – 2 cups, sliced on an angle
Onion – 1, sliced
Tomato – 2, chopped
Garlic – 2 cloves, finely chopped
Cumin seeds - jeera – 1 tsp
Cumin powder – 1½ tsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
salt to tasteOil – 2 tbsp
- Heat oil in a pan or kadhai
- Add cumin seeds, when they pop add onion and garlic, saute until onions turn soft.
- Add the chopped tomatoes and saute till they turn soft and pulpy
- Now add the sugar snap peas and the cumin and chilli powders and saute for 3-4 minutes.
