Method


  1. Grind sprouts into smooth paste.
  2. Add besan and sooji and mix well .
  3. Add salt and water to make smooth batter.
  4. Heat nonstick pan and grease with some oil.
  5. Take a portion of the batter (abt 1/2 cup).
  6. Put in the pan making a round chilla
  7. Put some oil around the chilla
  8. Put a few tomatoes, onions , green chillis and coriander leaves on the chilla ..
  9. When one side is almost brown and gets easily removed from the pan, turn over the topping side.
  10. Cook the topping side for 2 to 3 mins .
  11. Turn it back and put grated cheese on the topping side.
  12. Let the cheese melt for a min and then fold and remove the chilla from pan .
  13. Serve hot
