Method


  1. Peel, wash snakegaurd and cut into roundels.
  2. Boil in 2 cups of water till tender.
  3. Take curd in bowl, add salt.
  4. Put a pan on stove and heat oil.
  5. Put jeera, rai, curry leaves and onion pieces. after onion turns brown put turmeric powder and boiled snakegaurd pieces. add green chilii paste and add it
  6. To curd.
  7. Serve with rice.
