Sabudana Pakoras recipe - How to make Sabudana Pakoras

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     4

Ingredients

2 cups sago (sabudana)
2 cups rice flour (chawal ka atta)
3 cups (sour) buttermilk
2 tsp chilli powder or
or
6 green chillies (cut into small pieces)
2 tsp salt
2 big onions, chopped (optional)
oil to fry
Method


  1. Wash sabudana.
  2. Soak it in the sour butter milk for 1hr.
  3. Add rice flour.
  4. Add chilli powder.
  5. Don't add water.
  6. Add salt to taste.
  7. Add finely chopped onions.
  8. Keep oil to fry.
  9. Don't knead the dough smoothly.
  10. When the oil is ready take small lumps and put in the oil and deep fry.

this is lovely recipe but it can''t be eaten in fast since it contain onion
