The awesome red raspberry and tomato jam are a perfect jam recipe to entice your guests and family alike. An amazing jam or a delicious jam recipe with the goodness and fresh taste of raspberries and tomatoes, the jam is best enjoyed as spread with breads or topping for cakes or ice creams.
- Place tomatoes in a non-reactive pot with the raspberries. add orange juice and sugar. bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon.
- Let cool and place in sterilized canning jars
