1.you can also use powdered pepper instead of green chillies to get a different taste with the same batter.
2.best when served hot.
- Mix the rava and maida to make a batter and add salt, green chillies and jeera to it and leave it for about 5 minutes.
- Heat 1 tsp of oil,add mustard seeds and curry leaves to it.when it splatters add it to the batter.
- Heat the tava and make a dosa as usual.
- Serve it hot with coconut chutney or coriander chutney.
