Quick'n green is a delicious green colored rice recipe with greens like mint and coriander leaves. The rice is tossed with greens, spice powders and roasted peanuts to create this unique and tasty quick n green recipe.

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups Steamed Rice
1 medium sized bunch of mint leaves (phudina)
1 medium sized bunch of coriander (dhania)
4 to 5 green chillies
a small piece of ginger (adrak)
a small piece of cinnamon (dalchini)
1 to 2 cardamoms (elaichi)
50 gms peanuts
Method


  1. Cool the rice in a large pan
  2. Fry the ground nuts in little oil and keep aside
  3. Grind all the ingredients mentioned above from 2 to 7, nicely in a mixie and keep aside
  4. Heat 2 tbsps oil in a pan and add the ground paste and fry till the raw smell goes and the oil is separated .
  5. Add the mixture little by little to the cooked rice and mix well till the rice is fully coated with it.
  6. Add the fried ground nuts. serve hot
