It is our main sindhi's aachar recipe. Mainly it is made by very small onions,also by carrot. No oil. . . No aachar ka lots of masala. . Simply water n few other n. . . .
Method- Peel the onions and make four slits upto half on the onions.
- Then in a bottle pour all the ingredients and mix well.
- Within 2-3 days this is ready to eat.
- Similary we can prepare gajar ka aachar aslo.
