Potato pudhina curry is an unique aloo or potato curry recipe with chopped mint leaves(pudhina). The boiled potatoes are cooked along with mint leaves in a delectable onion-tomato-ginger based curry with garam masala. A typical Punjabi fare with a minty twist.

Ingredients

3 to 4 boiled potatoes
1 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup mint leaves (phudina)
salt to taste
1 tbsp chilli powder
1/2 tbsp garam masala (optional)
Method


  1. Peel the potatoes and mash them well
  2. Fry onions till golden brown.
  3. Now add pudhina n fry 4 a min
  4. Now add the mashed potato.add salt,chilly powder n garam masala n fry well.serve hot
