Ingredients
1 clove of garlic (lehsun)
1 celery (ajmoda) stalk , thinly sliced
1 cup finely chopped cherry tomatoes
6 tbsp red wine
8 plum tomatoes
12 oz tagliatelle (or any other pasta)

    Method
  1. Cook pastauntil tender, drain
  2. Put garlic celery and sundreid tomatoes into a pan with red winecook for 15 mins
  3. Meanwhile plunge toamotes into boiling water for 1 min add cold water int0 it and peel off skin of tomatoes halves the tomatoes and remove the seeds and then roughly chopp it
  4. Add plum tomotoes into apan simmer it for 5 mins season it with salt and pepper
  5. Toss pasta with half the tomatoe sauce and serve on warm and topped it with the remaining tomato sauce
