Pressure cooked hard durum wheat pasta like penne pasta, spaghetti, butterfly pasta are more fluffier, tender and hence easy to digest and also saves time and fuel.
Method- In a pressure cooker add the pasta, water, salt and oil and pressure cook for 3 whistles.
- Allow the steam to escape before opening the lid.Drain and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and saute garlic, onion, tomatoes and capsicum. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Add cheese, pineapple, paneer cubes and the pressure cooked pasta and mix lightly.
- Garnish with spring onions, almonds and cheese and serve hot with fresh fruit juice.
