Method- Wash the almonds.
- Sprinkle the salt and leave for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Put them into a paper bag.
- Microwave on MEDIUM for 8 to10 minutes or till the nuts are slightly pink in colour, shaking in between.
- Allow to cool and store in an air-tight jar.
