Ingredients
150 gms paneer (cottage cheese) cut into 1" cubes
2 tbsp oil
4 cardamoms (elaichi)
2 cinnamon (dalchini) sticks
2 tsp grated ginger (adrak)
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
2 tsp coriander (dhania) powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
1/2 tsp chilli powder
65 gms butter
salt to taste
1/2 tsp sugar
225 gms cooked pasta
150 ml single cream
3 to 4 green chillies
1/2 tsp garam masala
2 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania) leaves
Method
    Method
  1. Bring a pan full of water to the boil and add the paneer.
  2. Cook for 1 minute, drain and keep aside.
  3. Heat the oil in a deep pan, add the cardamom and cinnamon and saute for 20 seconds.
  4. Add the garlic, ginger and onions, and saute for 6-7 minutes or till the onion turns soft with a light brown tinge.
  5. Add the coriander, turmeric and chilli powder, mix well and cook for 1 minute.
  6. Add the butter, salt, sugar, pasta and cook on a slow flame for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Add the cream and paneer and cook on a slow flame for 5 minutes.
  8. Add the chillies, garam masala and coriander leaves, mix well and cook on a slow flame 2-3 minutes.
  9. Serve hot.
