Serve: with baked crispy garlic bread and freshly cut salad -(tomato, cucumber, lettuce ,carrot & boiled chick peas , salt, pepper with creamy ranch dressing)
- Heat the butter in a pan.
- \add the chopped onion(s) and saute on low heat for 8 minutes or till they are well browned.
- Add the palak, water, grated cheese and salt. bring to boil on medium heat. dd the cornflour and simmer on low heat for 4 minutes.
- Top with crackled(1 tsp) cumin seeds in 1 tsp of heated butter and a dash of grated cheese just before serving.
