Orange rasam recipe - How to make Orange rasam
Cooking Time: Total Time:    
4-6orange slices to garnish ,
4 cups orange juice,
1/4tsp corn flour -,
2tsp, toor dal,
1/4tsp .1/4 tsp turmeric powder,
1/4 tsp crushed pepper corns,
2tspTamarind pulp,
2whole red chilies,
a pinch of asafoetida,
1/4 tsp mustard seeds,
2sprigs of curry leaves,
1tbsp rasam powder,
1 tsp salt or to taste, Coriander leaves for garnishing
- Blend the orange juice, toor dal, corn flour with turmeric powder in blender.. mix this mixture with 2cups of water and boil with salt and rasam powder for 5 mins. add 1tsp crushed peppercorns, tamarind pulp, few of curry leaves and cook for 2 minutes again. heat a non-stick pan, add, red chillies, asafoetida, and mustard seeds and curry leaves.
