Grind peas coarsely (chopper setting).
heat 2 tsp ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds (jeera).
as the jeera browns, add peas and fry till it turns loses its green color and turns brownish.
add diced potatoes, uradi, green chilli, ginger, and hing.
mix it well. add salt with 2 cup water.
cook till peas are soft. add chopped coriander leaves.
