Nachni pakoda recipe - How to make Nachni pakoda

Ingredients

1 to 2 cups whole nachni acc. to your require,
salt,green chillies-ginger acc. to your taste, 1 tsp red chilli powder,1/2 cup each of finely chopped onion,,cabbage,carrot,corianderleaves 1 tbsp,2 tbsp besan,1tsp hot oil and oil to fry
Method


  1. Soak nachni in water for 4 to 5 hours, then
  2. Grind to paste with ginger& green chillies without adding water.now take out in a bowl and add besan,salt,red chilli powder mix it,then add onion,cabbage,carrot and hot oil
  3. Mix it nicely and make pakoda shape and deep fry it.serve it with your fav. sauce or chutney.
