Mushroom and Capscicum Sandwich recipe - How to make Mushroom and Capscicum Sandwich

Ingredients

8 bread slices
100 gms mushrooms (khumbh)
100 gms capsicum
1 small sized onion
1 cup milk
1 tsp black pepper (kalimirch) powder
salt to taste
1 tsp butter or ghee
Method


  1. Chop the onion in small slices.
  2. Cut mushrooms in small size.
  3. Also chop capsicum in small slices.
  4. Heat the butter/ghee in a frying pan.
  5. Add onion to it.
  6. Fry for 2 minutes.
  7. Add mushroom and again fry it for 5 minutes.
  8. Put the lid on the pan for 2 minutes.
  9. Then add capsicum to it and fry for 2 minutes
  10. Add salt and blackpepper & mix well.
  11. Add the cup of milk.
  12. Allow to boil to 2-3 minutes.
  13. Then roast the bread slices.
  14. Toast it with the mixture of mushroom & capsicum and serve hot with chilly sauce.
